What growing medium do you use?

Most of our plants are grown in AAA grade New Zealand spaghnum moss, ,gritty mix or soilless potting mix.

What to do when my new plant arrives?

- Carefully remove all the protective wrapping
- You can gently ease the plant out of the pot to check the roots.  
- If the medium is bone dry, give it a good watering. If the medium feels damp or wet, allow it to dry. 
- Avoid repotting for at least two weeks 
- Place the plant in an area with high humidity, good airflow and lots of bright indirect light to allow it to gradually acclimate to its new home!

Shipping/ Refund/ Exchange

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship the following Mondays or Tuesdays to avoid only weekend delays. We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Depending on the time of day you place your order, it may take up to 2 weeks to ship your order.

Do you guarantee live arrival of all plants?

Do you accept return/ exchange?

All plant sales are FINAL. We do not accept return or exchange.

Can you combine shipping for multiple orders?

Absolutely! - as long as your order has not already been processed! 

Please select the "pick up" option at checkout. Additional shipping cost may be required if we need to use a bigger box.

If you have received tracking for your order, it is too late to combine.

Can you hold shipping / pick up until a certain date?

Orders that are not packed or shipped can be put on hold for maximum of 7 days from the date of purchase. If your order isn't picked up after 7 days, it will be automatically cancelled and a 20% restocking fee applies. 

Can I cancel my order?

You may request cancellation If your order has not shipped yet. All cancelled orders will incur 20% of total invoice amount for restocking and system processing fees.
